Inspection & air testing
Moisture readings, thermal imaging, air and surface samples analyzed by an independent lab. Clear report in 48 h.
Air testing analyzed by an independent lab, negative-pressure containment and decontamination to the IICRC S520 standard — then the same crew rebuilds. Across Greater Montreal.

Sealed containment, negative pressure, HEPA filtration, removal of contaminated materials and antimicrobial treatment.
Structural drying, humidity control and fixing the cause — otherwise the mold comes back, guaranteed.
Safe removal of drywall, insulation and affected materials — without spreading spores through the rest of the building.
Drywall, paint, flooring, trim: we rebuild to new, not just to bare studs. One contract, one crew.
Fixing moisture sources, ventilating crawl spaces and attics, encapsulation and humidity monitoring.
On-site visit, moisture readings, thermal imaging, air tests if needed. We find the cause, not just the stain.
S520-compliant work plan and a fixed, itemized written quote. No surprises mid-job.
Sealed zone, negative pressure and HEPA filtration. Spores stay in the work area — not in your air.
Removal of affected materials, HEPA scrubbing and vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment of remaining surfaces.
Clearance test, final photo + lab report, then a full rebuild by the same crew.
Every step is photographed and logged in the final report — for your insurer, and for resale.
We rebuild too. One contract from diagnosis to paint — no juggling three different contractors.

Everything documented. Before/during/after photos, signed protocols and independent lab results.
Claims made simple. We build the file and deal directly with your Quebec insurer.
Fast response on the island, South Shore and North Shore. Emergencies handled within 24 h.
These ranges reflect our real jobs. Price varies with accessibility, affected materials, the moisture cause to fix, and how much you want rebuilt.
A fixed written quote before work begins — always.
On a small non-porous surface (ceramic, metal, under 1 sq ft), yes. On drywall, wood or insulation, bleach whitens the surface without reaching the roots — and it all comes back with humidity. Beyond 10 sq ft, professional containment is recommended so spores don't spread.
Often, when the cause is a sudden and accidental loss: water damage, sewer backup, burst pipe. Rarely when it's chronic untreated humidity. We document the cause from the first inspection and build the file directly with your insurer.
In most cases, no: the work zone is sealed and kept under negative pressure, and contaminated air is HEPA-filtered before it leaves. The written protocol confirms it based on the scope and your building's ventilation.
Small area: 1 to 2 days. Medium area: 3 to 5 days. Major contamination with rebuild: 1 to 3 weeks. The schedule is part of the written protocol, before work starts.
Color alone doesn't tell you: only a lab analysis identifies the species (Stachybotrys or otherwise). That's exactly what our surface tests do. Either way, the safe-removal protocol is the same — all visible mold has to go, not just the black kind.
Yes. A clearance test at the end of the job and a written guarantee — valid as long as the moisture cause is fixed. That's why we fix it ourselves rather than decontaminating over an active problem.
